Not that was the Porsche 917-30 Can-Am racecar from 1973. In qualiftying it produced around 1500hp, but they used 1100hp in the races.
Anyways, the 917-30 was purely a racecar and not road-legal like the Nissan is. Not the mention the 917-30 used a turbo charged 5,4 litre flat 12.
