We buy scrap silver. You need to have a minimum of 100 ounces before I am interested in purchasing from you. Best to send a random sample so I can evaluate what you have, if interested in getting the top dollar for your scrap silver.
You are watching metal being melted and poured into an ingot. If you have scrap metal, this is the best way to melt it- let us melt it for you before you have it refined. That way you know your exact weight, 1st. Sundancer-800-695-3935 ext. 107
We only process gold and silver into ingots.

  • if i melt 90% silver coins, will the copper and silver separate? or stay together when melted?

  • they do not separate, they melt at the same temp.

Only thing you can separate is jewelry with stainless steel attachments.

  • so melting straight silver coins and creating ingots would not be recommended? how can i make 100% silver ingots from coins?

  • you can't. Like trying to make a sow's ear into a silk purse.

One must start with Fine silver to make fine silver bars.

To turn your coins into fine silver, the copper must be pulled out by refining, copper pulled out chemically.

How many ounces do you have in coin weight?

  • umm id say about 62 troy ounces...my grandfather had a large collection with many morgan dollars, peace dollars, and halves.

  • Have you looked at eBay? I can tell you that is the place for the best return on selling coins that are pre 1964.

If you list them, put the weight on the info.

  • I have 30 lbs of pre 1964 coins.... name a price

  • WOW....TRULY MESMERIZING, SO WHERE DO YA BUY YOUR GLOVES?

  • @mcneezey only if you can get .925 or .999 silver, like the 1 silver ounce coins

  • Make longer videos!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I believe that the copper combines with oxygen to make copper oxide while the silver doesn`t. It is a cheap way to separate them. The best way is to separate electrochemically.
