  • I would stick with your routine of every other day. In the long run it should produce greater results. If you did not take a day off the muscle would not have time to repair itself properly. As for the soreness on the workout days. I am not sure. Th eonly recommendation I can make would be to make sure that you are not make to large an increase in weight from week to week.

  • Heya mate. I have been doing a routine of Bicep Curls, Hammers and seated curls. Mainly for biceps.

I have been told not to do it everyday, cause I need to rest, otherwise the muscle will not grow.

I do it every other day. On the day of my routine my biceps hurt and feel worked. On the rest days - when I dont do routine, my biceps are fine, dont hurt and doesnt feel like I did it yesterday. Is it normal that the biceps dont hurt on rest days?

Or should I do it every day if it doesnt hurt?
