@redx340 Ty. Of course the question of what Ridley was doing in Phendrana is no secret. He was just chillin' XD

Orgasmically creepy and atmospheric.

Impressive work man 8-D Great remixing, I quite liked this arrangement. I particularly loved the last 1/3 of the song :-D The liberties you took with the melody and harmonies here were great and I like the new instruments/vocals you used. Great work!

I will say man, I'm a HUGE Metroid Prime fan, and after watching all your mashup vids, I'm extremely impressed, especially being a DJ and having been remixing metroid music for over 5 years now. If this is your first mix, excellent job, much better than the first mix I made when I was only 14, 5 years ago haha. Some advice, step it up from garageband and take the time to learn fruityloops, ableton, reason, or renoise. You will definitely see that it is worth that. Otherwise, excellent job.

@cabbage1015 Much appreciated. This is my second remix. I had intended to upgrade from GarageBand after experimenting with it. I've come to realize it's limitations. Logic Studio was my first choice, but I'll take whatever I can get.

@Hauntershadow Logic Studio? Sticking with the mac software huh? haha. It works well. Once you crack open a piece of software like that, you're hooked. I started with Audacity just like you did, and from there you work your way up, and now 5 years later I'm a DJ in college up in Boston, you never know where that kind of stuff will take you one day, keep it up, looking forward to the next release

@cabbage1015 I completely agree. Also, yes I guess I'm Mac inclined. :) Anyway, I'll do my best. You'll see soon.

Just gorgeous! The melodies fit together seamlessly.
One question- how do you work out the BPM for the songs? I use garageband sometimes just for fun, and I find it difficult to match the beat to already created music.

@Fzeroninja Well, I mash-up in Audacity and match tempos by ear and by using the waveforms to find the beats. The program doesn't match up anything for me. This Phendrana piece isn't a mash-up however. I crafted this remix note for note in GarageBand.
