This was featured in Mondo Cane. I believe this is an excerpt from the Italian language version, since the theme song "More" is being played. Apparently, this piece was 40 mins long with a final movement of 20 mins of silence.

The Czechoslovak painter Yves Klein is ready: music has given him the charge. The models, that have been covered by the painting, now are human brushes. The painter will give a shape and a colour to his creative fever.
As somoene has already guessed, Yves's favourite colour is blue; his favourite shape is blue too. Or better still: blue is his only colour and shape. Blue are his famous paintings in Paris.
