  • Great video! You guys look like total pros (except for the folding and the eating I have to say - don't pick 'em up with your hands. I INSIST on always using the chopsticks). The chopping into logs and rolling the wrappers is exactly how my mom does it. I really enjoyed the video.

  • My favorite dumplings are the boiled ones that are filled with meat or vegetables inside. =)

  • lovely photography and great to see your part of the world - really neat video. my fave are pork Xiao Long Bao (Shanghai Steamed Dumplings)... so good. Merry Christmas from Down Under (Melbourne, Australia)

  • Dumplings. Fuck yeah.

  • Shrimp dumplings, "rice-dough" wrapping. With leaks, scallions and Shiitake Mushroom.

  • @drthrax88 acutally, they just boil them... im chinese, i would know.

  • Made it it was so good I used chinese leeks though and black vinegar

  • Working class? I doubt it.

  • @pinkolive2010 i LOVE that stuff!
