    identity,but it 's a joke, due to it's base on mechanical particular event,therefore it's just attract eyeball at one point,it's must not to become veriest useful technique。just a fake.

  • I think I understand your point. However, I don't think there ever was any intent to create something "useful", or to demonstrate real self awareness in a machine. At least I didnt perceive it this way. I rather see it as exploration of various basic processes of life through robotics. Simply underlining the fundamental processes from which concience and individuality can be defined. I find it something to be appreciated on a metaphorical level,and not necessarily from an engineering perspective
