3D Printed version of the iconic glyph used to represent the "Vault" in the popular multi-platform video game "Borderlands".
I'm a big fan of the talented people at Gearbox and I've long admired the world design and unique style featured in the game, including the logo which is both striking and elegant. While I'm calling this a "pendant" It's not really for wearing exactly, I have it on a chain hanging from my rear-view mirror. Just a cool artifact for me to keep around, reminding me of all those good times on Pandora, shooting things. If you want one too, they can be ordered via my Shapeways shop.

That turned out very well...kudos for making that all in Sketchup!
BTW, Shapeways doesn't use laser-sintering for Stainless, they print a powder version then bake it in an oven - you can see a video of the process on the material page for stainless steel on the Shapeways site.
I'm guessing the warping occurred during the baking, because of the chain ring being larger than the total thickness of the piece, it would be balanced on the ring and the opposite end while heated for a period of time.
