What a wee sweetheart! I like how he was able to keep time even when he jumped.
A precarious way to get a living, though. Hope that this little one will have choices in life besides being a street musician.

The language of music is inherently universal and beautiful. We use it to communicate in ways words fail to achieve, and it is one of the few common bonds that almost everyone has to the rest of the population.

That's not a fair statement to make. I seriously doubt that thewindsofsong thought that the level of poverty in this area was acceptable.
Music is not created by poverty - music is created by the human spirit. This video would have been just as cute if it were a toddler ballet class in America.
