Ok, I take it back about the brand being banned from the states, that info I got from the internet but i didn't properly double checked. Where you are wrong is in where they manufacture. Along with other big brands (VW Group, Mercedes, Nissan, etc) Buick models (some of them) are built in China.
Another correct fact: China is the biggest market for the brand.
