  • J. B. Hunt illegally fired me from the DCS/Staples account in Dayville, CT for refusing an unsafe dispatch. They offered me $35,000 hush money to keep quiet about it and go away but I refused. I told them that I don't want the money I just want my job back. J.B. Hunt should give me my job back because I was only doing the right thing by insisting that safety was more important than all other aspects of the job. Give Isaac his job back J.B. Hunt , and live up to your standard of "Safety First".

  • @safejbhuntdriver MMMM dude they offer you 35,000 but you refused and just wanted your job back, mmmmm I would hold out for more then 35,0000 but wanting your job back, are you from Werner or what?

  • Trucking made me lose my mind

  • I drive for Jb an this dude is a complete Moron he gives truckers a bad name CSA scores will soon put this peckerhead out of work

  • @MrWill1985 I don't understand how this can be true if you are a "at will" employee. Basically, if you are on a hourly or mileage rate or anything other than salary, you are a employee at will and can be terminated at any time for any reason. You can't sue them. Sure, you are entitled to your unemployment benefits. They will naturally deny the claim. You then appeal their decision and it goes up for arbritation where you will almost always benefit if you were in fact fired for "no reason".

  • @keystrucker Central Transport out of Warren, MI

  • @safejbhuntdriver hell if i got offerd 35,000 id go buy myself a used truck youd make some profit if the damn thing was payed for

  • @safejbhuntdriver If you get fired for no reason you have all of the right to sue your employer. I have an uncle who had to sue his employer for firing him for no reason and now he collects unemployment.

  • I don't believe a word he says! Sounds like another blowhard!

  • I dont know how they hire u,on the first place.
