Not many people are aware of the unusual, large, megalithic ruins near Rennes le Chateau, France. The ruins are incredibly large and most are almost completely buried. Where these stones part of the treasure of Abbe Sauniere referred to in Dan Brown's book 'The Da Vinci Code'? I refer to the stones as the Blue Apples.

  • These are geological outcrops from underlying strata. They have been eroded by rain which dissolves the soft rock. There are a number of sedimentary layers. Some resistent to water errosion. Hence the jagged shapes.

Nothing strange about them at all.

  • Satam ,for Christs sake could'nt you use a better camera, because i can't see a thing.

  • wow

    thank u

    one love :)

  • Intéressant !

  • it is a Giant menhirs placed in the mountain to protect the people who erected it from Evil spirits.. some theories that a numerous numbers of ancient man erected it.. but we dont know who really made it.. demm this is my favorite vifeos of all times.

  • Of course there are ruins all over, it was the capital city of the Visigoths in that area and still a great big town till it was destroyed in 1176. Not to mention all the earthworks from WWII when the Nazis were frantically digging for the treasure they had heard about. History is fascinating. Thanks for the video!
