This is the first in a series of vlogs where I reveal some of the secret methods I used in order to produce the Meet a Local Series. I discuss how I managed to get the shots I wanted in Nimbin, despite threats from drug dealers.

That kind of thing is the very reason why I don't want to just go vacationing in Australia. I truly want to get to know you guys and a vacation would not allow that. But studying abroad as an exchange student WOULD! But of course, they want to know how "passionate I am about the academic benefits" and so on. Fine, I'll play their little game, I'll decorate my essay and "take this class and that class," and while I'm at it, I'll also reap the benefits I'm REALLY after!

...let's hope i can.

That's what I'm talking about. This format did make for interesting viewing of a vlog. What you failed to tell us is...what did you buy from the local "venders". ;P

Looking forward to your next post. I'm not a fan of video editing of "morph" (i.e. some of your other latest videos).  This is the first time I have ever seen it used in a positive way...as a character enhancement (and not over used). Thank you for sharing. Looking forward to your next post.

great info! i went to Nimbin once. 5 seconds off the bus and an ounce of weed was being flashed in my face! i did see a platypus however. was a great time
