FireRed Secret Shiny Shines: 2nd Shiny 'Gyaoo' Bird (FireRed2) Part 1 (Encounter)

Finally...I started SRing Zapdos on FR2 back in late June or early July and then began dual SRing with FR1 sometime later. I didn't bother keeping track of the SRs, but it took at least 4 months of on and off SRing and what I'd estimate to be 9,000-10,000 SRs. Awesome, another long hunt. I would just like a quick hunt sometime soon :P

I managed to keep this target a secret to everyone except one person, who I believe I accidentally told weeks ago...

As the hunt progressed, I began to worry I might've SRed over a shiny, since shiny Zapdos is not too obvious. However, I noticed ths shiny right away and was in too much shock to press the L or R button to film the shine. I just wallowed in the awesomeness that is the encounter a shiny Pokemon 8D.

Lax nature, don't care about the IVs at the moment.

Next FR hunt: maybe Articuno, maybe something else. I could focus on Mesprit now if I felt like it.

Congrats man! Shiny Zapdos is real easy to spot. When I sr mine I knew it was shiny right away because of the red beak. That thing stands out like..a red nose lol.

I was more afraid of not noticing Articuno, so I was glad I had the sound up and heard it shine lol.

Hi, do you think you could help me with broken rng? My frame is 1877 and time is 0:31.28 so whenever I start the timer I boot up the game at the exact same time, and right when the timer hits the 0 mark I use sweet scent. Am I doing something wrong? Am I suppose to use sweet scent so that by the time my pokemon is done sweet scenting it hits 0? Or am I doign this right?
