IDK why they call it head cheese, especially since head cheese is actually the boiled head of a pig.

I live in Australia and the food here is rubbish compared what these diners send out.

I love Creton. I live in Canada and it's something very special. I have NO idea why they would call it head cheese. Creton is nothing like head cheese
