Yeah, the UN came, and Serbs got that threatment. Can you say there are no albanians inhabiting Serbian houses and estates in Kosovo and there are no Serbs forced to leave their homes by OVK? Can you say that and believe it's true? If you can, I congratulate you in your ignorance
Haha, girl, in 1912, Serbian army was in Kosovo and Macedonia, saviors from the Ottoman Empire, you couldn't declare anything there. And besides, if there wasn't Austro-Hungarians you would never get even albania(London summit november 1912).
Be rational for God's sake! Come on! Get over it! Go on with your lives, people. You know, the Ottomans fought us to death for a couple of centuries, they did horrible things to us and got us converted to Islam and then they founded their own independent country, Turkey. Well, you know what? We GET ALONG PERFECTLY with Turks because they're civilized people and don't claim that every neighbour country belongs to them. If you were to behave alright, there wouldn't be any problem between us all.
Do whatever you want with Republika Srpska, that's none of OUR business. And everybody that has ever been to Kosovo would have noticed the 1.5 million serbs if they were here. YES, there are Serbs and sometimes you see them in the streets but we just mind our own business.
And I was scared for a reason. So no history books, no "historians and no shmuk that has internet access can tell me otherwise because I was there and saw it happen. And don't be ridiculous: Everybody knows Albanians converted to Islam after the Ottoman raids so... well, make a point! "And,can you tell me,what we can do about Republika Srpska, because it is th same situation like Kosovo and Metohija 1.5 milion Serbs live there." WHAT??!!
@nikovoj, in 1912 Albania (including Kosovo) declared independence. In 1913, due to conflicts of Greece and Serbia against Turkey, the Great Powers of Europe gave parts of Albania to adjacent countries. Now, we also have territory in Greece, Macedonia, and Montenegro.
There are many Serb soldiers who died in war in 1998, but that doesn't make their war FAIR.
@adelasalla I say one thing and you another,it is our fault for everything. I am happy if you are.And if you could tell me what do you think about situation in Republika Srpska, because it is the same situation like Kosovo and Metohija.
Personally, I do not know about the situation in Republika Srpska, so I'm not gonna make any comment about it. What I DO know about is that I got thrown out of my house in 1999 and I had to flee to another country. Cousins of mine, among them a pregnant woman (not fighting against her own country) fleeing like I was got shot and killed. As for me, have the history, have anything you want, but I know what happened back in 1999 because I WAS THERE and I was scared to death.
@nikovoj, let me tell you. You know that in 1998, during the war in Kosovo, many Kosovo Albanians where taken out of their houses by the Serbian Military and sent by force to Albania? If the United Nations hadn't interfered, those Kosovo Albanians would never come back to their houses. Those houses would then be inhabited by Serbs. This is pretty much what's happened with the Albanian regions of Presevo, Medvedje and Bujanoc through the years...
@nikovoj, sorry, but I have never heard of Visantia... maybe in English it's written differently. Can you doublecheck please and then I'll answer you :)
