Kx500 and Cr500 are fawking useless, To big and heavy for supercross And geared way to short for desert. By the time you gear it up to go 100 it has no first gear left

@scubaparty yeah as it happens i have and as i said if someone who can not ride has a rip on a strong bike such as the KX500 they will hurt or kill them self, this comment was in no way a pop at yourself, and also i own a 1981 ktm 250, 1983 husky 500, 1987 ktm 500 and a 2001 xr 650 so i might know how to ride. cheers and cheer love.

@azdrtdog Actually they will run close to 100 stock rapped out as they rev to the roof when you build them. The reason you see the big dogs (lets face it were talking 650's) in the desert racing is the fact that it's more reliable with another 150cc's to make almost as much power and the heavier bike and frame makes it less twitchy
