As the title suggests, this tune is called Major John MacLennan. It's a 6/8 march written for the Highland bagpipe by G.S. MacLennan, one of the greatest bagpipe composers. You can find MP3s of this song performed on bagpipe easily. I don't see this orchestral version available anywhere though. (The bagpipe version sounds rather different; you won't necessarily like it unless you enjoy bagpipes).
