The current "Islamic" regime is hurting Islam more than it's helping it. Because of the terrible example that the regime is setting, Iranians are leaving Islam left and right. What's being practiced in Iran is not "Islam." Islam is human, it's agreeable, and it's compassionate. Mevlana Rumi surely got it right. The current ideology in Iran is just robotic and cruel: the product of corrupt leaders.
