This homeowner simply wants proof that Bank of America is in possession of her original signed mortgage note before she begins making payments to them. Bank of America has not, will not or CANNOT provide that document. Everyone with a mortgage is entitled to see these documents. Don't allow Bank of America to threaten you with foreclosure. DEMAND to see your note.

The call begins with a B of A decree: "This call may be monitored". The call ends when B of A claims: "We do not allow calls to be recorded on your end."

  • That woman is my hero...good for you, girl!!!!

  • Kudos! Don't let that corporate blob trample your rights!

  • 1. How did Ken Lewis explain HOW he mismanaged TARP money.

Answer: One dollar for B of A and ten dollars for him, Ken Lewis.

    2. Ken Lewis never wants anything recorded because then someone may be able to prove the corrupt activities he condones.

With Ken Lewis everything is a one-way street. Ken Lewis wants everything his way like he had as a child.
