I just started reading about a blind cat Homer and have heard from many they get along just fine as sight is not the felines primary sense or the most used sense to explore their world I guess smell is more important to a cat. Is it same with dogs do you know? I read often owners are last to know their dog has gone bllind because they get along so well without sight like in an aging pet.

@MmeBlay I still have Gus' sister, Juju Voodoo Cat(she can be seen in the Xmas video), and Neko Fuzzbutt, then I took in my daughter's cat, Mademoiselle Kitty.

@dummychaos Now that is quite impossible, Gus passed away, it will be a year ago this Dec. I do appreciate all the people that still send me nice messages about Blind Cat Gus, he is greatly missed.

@AMVslowking Wow, Gus would do that also. They can hear the fly knocking into the glass and buzz thru the air. Hope all is good with you and your cat.
