That species is one of many relatives of the "Flathead" family commonly found in Australian and Indonesian waters. In Australia alone there's over 50 different species of them....

In the Paul Humann South Pacific fish ID book, they list it's common name as Crocodile Flathead and its scientific name as Cymbacephalus beauforti. Just reasearching it after taking a few pictures of one off the coast Pemba island, Tanzania.
