NCLR is an interesting issue with much controversy. I'm unsure how much their voice truly represents the thoughts of the Latino population. However, one of the biggest Latino issue is the lack of leadership and at least through NCLR leadership is identified.

Recently, the National Council of La Raza, Senator Dianne Feinstein, Senator Trent Lott and others bemoaned the existence of talk radio and its "detrimental" impact on the amnesty debate. As such, some have talked about attempting to neuter the impact of talk radio via the Fairness Doctrine.

One of the issues I have is "Where is the Spanish Media?" I think the lack of Spanish Media on immigration issues weakens the Latino community and strengths actors such as Lou Dobbs and O'Reilly.

First, all my guests and myself respect the US Laws. Illegal is illegal. The fence you want build is the same length as Boston to the Mississippi River. Sure, that makes sense. The Latino migration to the US solves social security, the US brain drain, and the current housing crisis. Without their influence, believe it or not, the US slowly begins to lose their competitive edge.
