This is sad news but in 2004 Aransas County Court-At-Law Judge William Adams took a belt to his own teenage daughter as punishment for using the internet to acquire music and games that were unavailable for legal purchase at the time. She has had ataxic cerebral palsy from birth that led her to a passion for technology, which was strictly forbidden by her father's backwards views. The judge's wife was emotionally abused herself and was severely manipulated into assisting the beating and should not be blamed for any content in this video. The judge's wife has since left the marriage due to the abuse, which continues to this day, and has sincerely apologized and repented for her part and for allowing such a thing, long before this video was even revealed to exist. Some say Judge William Adams is not fit to be anywhere near the law system if he can't even exercise fit judgement as a parent himself. Some people feel that he should not be allowed to ever be re-elected again. His "judgement" is a giant farce. Signed, Hillary Adams, his daughter.

Judge William Adams Beating Of Teen With Cerebral Palsy Sparks Outrage
Reports say that Police in Rockport, Texas, have started an investigation after the alarming circulation of a video depicting the brutal abuse of a teenager with disabilities that was uploaded onto Reddit and YouTube.Authorities are checking the veracity of the video and trying to determine whether a local judge was involved, they reported on Wednesday An investigation is ongoing at this time," Rockport Police said The seven-and-a-half minute clip, which has nearly a half-million views, shows a teenage girl being brutally beaten with belts by an older male and female. "In the video you can hear"Bend over the f--king bed, dammit," the man says as he repeatedly beats the girl about her body with a belt. "Lay down or I'll spank your f--king face. ... I have to f--king beat you into submission. You want to put some more computer games on? You want some more? F--king computer... See all the problems they cause?" Some say This man is a monster and should be put in prison. He clearly enjoys whipping this girl," some viewer commented. Others said These parents are a f--king waste of space and do not deserve to be breathing our air even living. A description of the video identifies the male abuser as Aransas County Court-At-Law Judge William Adams.The person who wrote the video description does, however, defend the woman in the video.

A Chief confirmed his department is investigating Judge Adams.

This is not good. Both parents beat the child. I believe a swat on the rear with a hand will get their attention. But whipping or beating is abuse. Our teachers threatened to hit us in the rear end with a paddle with holes in it to let the steam out. I never saw anyone get hit with a paddle but I saw hands on desks getting slapped with a ruler. Idid nott hit my children when they were young. I do believe that there is a lack o respect/control these days due to lack of discipline. Time outs ok.

@YTPAreTheBestVidzEvr I am from the UK, and parents are allowed to smack (spank) their children as long as they do not leave a mark, children who act like that were never disciplined as children, you don't need to hit children to discipline them, if you truly act like that then when you get into the real world you will be shocked, act like that and you will get your ass kicked!

@silvercrack I was never spanked, I am doing well, I have never been in trouble in school or with the law, my parents spoke to me and taught me how to behave, the never raised their hand to me, I am now in college and applying for university.

Beating someone does not teach them anything, it only teaches them to fear the abuser. How can someone love someone and treat them like that and say those things to them (I'll beat your fuckin face - You don't deserve to live here), Imagine how that made her feel? This IS NOT LOVE at all, it's either anger on his part OR he's a sadist who's doing it because he's getting a boner out of it.

She deserved punishing, but I agree when you say a parent needs to take a minute and cool down before addressing the situation. Any other situation you would do the same. Verbal even, because anger overrides logic. Being that upset, you arent able to think logically and therefore act unreasonably. He took it waaaay too far and put her down. Why wasnt the computer taken away? And the mother said shed already spanked the girl. So why spank again??? Unnecessarily excessive.
