disabling "media server connection " in the network menu helped me in my situation. I had a hard time downloading netflix to my ps3, but when I disabled "media server connection", Netflix downloaded with no problem. Thanks guys!

omg , i kept getting that stupid error code every time i tried to update something , and it was pissing me off so much , disabled "media server connection" worked right away . happiest girl ever , can finnallyyyy game online !
