HANOK, the 09 spacetracing CUT

A Virtual model takes the user around the Real Hanok Dub, placing the Real Photos in context.
It is a Space-tracing test merging the pre-production 3d model with the post production photographs. The actual architecture is trapped in between.
The reference to Blade Runner is due to the Metropolitan nature of Seoul, the tracing of traditional architecture merging with technology in a familiar way. it is not L.A. 2019, but Seoul ten years earlier.

thank you for your kind comment, the software is an old version of FormZ Render Zone (3.5.5), exported as quicktime and edited with imovie 5.0.2 HD (mac).

There is a large and active Korean community in the US and Canada, but the specialized Hanok builders probably are mostly resident in Korea. The best way would be to plan a trip of builders and work with American wood. It depends on budget. If you need more info check our webiste, thank you!
