Haven't made a video in a while..but decided to use youtube to do weekly video updates for myself to keep track of my weight loss.Im starting at 162 lbs.

just do like 50000 reps with featherweight dumbels, eat like 1 cup of styrafoam a day and some power walking around the living room wearing 80's spandex.
