I agree with the others; this was too fast to be helpful. Slow down what you are doing, show it close up, and tell us what you are doing while you are doing it and you'll have a winner. What is this good for? Double knitting? Anything else? What do you use it for?
This video was very fast, however if you are familiar with long tail casting, you can figure it out pretty easily. Of all the double knitting cast on options that I saw online, this was definitely the best method!
I was trying to figure out how to cast on for 2-color double knitting. question: how do you cast on for a swirl? I'm making a beanie using teal & black, & I visualized a swirl going to the top, how would you cast on that?
thank you so much for showing us this technique. I found it fast too, but after trying it, no problems. I find myself chanting' a standard and then a reverse'!! you are a star!
Love what you're doing, but you're going WAY too fast to follow. I have NO idea what you did, but would LOVE to learn, if you could zoom in, and slow the movements down.
It's easy to follow if you already cast on in that standard way.

Do you know any bind off method to match with this cast on edge in a double knitting project?
