Leijonakuningas (in finnish)
Az Oroszlánkirály (in hungarian)

The Lion King multilanguage in Finnish and Hungarian, because we decided with mojojul that this could be fun idea, and isn't it? :P (And if we yet could get the Estonian version...*dreaming*)

Like sure we all now (or at least now) hungarian and finnish are related languages, although they doesn't sound so same but still they are.

If you wanna read more about the relationship between Finnish and Hungarian, read this:
http://www.histdoc.net/sounds/hungary.html
(You can also read it in finnish)

And here more about Finno-Ugrian languages:

Thank you again mojojul about the translation and the hungarian video!! You ROCK!! :P

  • I don't get why they haven't dubbed Disney movies to Estonian. The language is beautiful (if you ask me), and I bet that Scar's "Be pepared" would've sound really cool if it was sung in Estonian.

    Long live Estonia!

Btw, I really enjoyed watching this movie.

Finnish and Hungarian is two of my favorite languages. 5/5!!!

  • @OlenAinaSinun They have dubbed Princess and the frog in estonian.. check out those songs!

  • I'm sorry, but there is no Estonian version, snif...

At least, the Estonian DVD has Estonian subtitles and also includes the Finnish version.

Nice voices, especially in Finnish, because I understand a bit...^^

    Finno-Ugrian languages rule!

  • I know, and it's a pity. I think that it would be so great if they'll decide to dub all those disney movies in estonian.

  • I guess I liked the Finnish dub more

  • Weird, but cute :) It would be even cuter if one of the lovers spoke Finnish and the other Hungarian. As a kind of statement, you know...

    Szia to our Hungarian cousins.

  • Ei hitto! meinasin kaatua tuolillani tohon timonin "äleeeek! mit os örtödök tsinaatok!"-kohtaan, se tuli niin tunteella ja kuulostaa suomalaisen korvaan (ainakin tän hyvin, hyvin väsyneen korvaan) melkoisen hmm, mielenkiintoselta :D Ihan kuin Röllin repliikiltä.

And yeah I think they sound quite similar languages, even into my very finnish ears!

  • This is so weird... but kinda cool.

  • Mut sul on poveria! >:D

  • @villikoiranen Mikähän sana meinas Timonilla tulla? =D

  • @pandda123 Kaksi sanaa: So what?

  • @kriszti92 Hei, ajattele vähän mitä puhut! (<-- Finnish language!) Those two languages are really different, I can hear it. But Finns (I'm a Finn) don't hate (well, maybe some of em hates) that!

  • @LuwBren Really? Wow, cool!

  • Tyttö, poika, yhdessä...

I know what it means, I'm a Finn, but it's fun to hear some weird language. xD
