  • I remember CatDog, Doug, Roco's Modern Life, AH Real Monsters..... Those were classics...

  • @ajperryjr Yeah they really were. Doug is one of the Nicktoons featured on that new block.

  • I agree. Old school Nick were way better. I used to love the shows from back in the 80s and early 90s like "you can't do that on television" "pinwheel" and "the world of David the Gnome, "danger mouse" the list goes on and on.

  • @kuunami No question, man. I, too, miss those old shows. Now, like I said, SOME of Nick's current toons are good, but the older cartoons/programs were just amazing. I believe the phrase 'Taking a step back to take two steps forward' says it all right about now.

  • just give me Hey Arnold all day and i'll be good! As soon as they do what Cartoon Network did (the channel boomerang for old school cartoons) they will be straight! good video brotha keep it up!

  • @TheNinjaFlashX Thanks, man! And yeah, I agree with you. If Cartoon Network has a channel for all of the old school toons, why not Nickelodeon?

  • @LordArithon Ah, my mistake. I was six years off, but, I was close. And yes, I recall some of those shows. And you just proved my point. You remember some of the TRUE original Nick programs, whereas I recall some of the toons from the late 80's ad 90's. This is exactly why Nick needs to bring ALL of it back on the air: not just a few. Again, a dedicated channel would be PERFECT...

  • Nickelodeon started in 1979, but it was called something else. It only had a few shows on it at the time. It was started to be called Nickelodeon in 1981 or 82...I'm not sure...I was born in 1980 so I just always remember Nickelodeon being there. As for old school Nickelodeon they'd need to bring back all the shows that made it popular such as Pinwheel, You Can't Do That On Television, Today's Special, and many others from the 80's. I'd love to see Mr. Wizard again...

  • @jodecideion I agree 100%, dude. Pete and Pete was EPIC. Like I said before, I seriously hope they make this into a full blown channel, so we can see Pete and Pete whenever we want. Lastly, thanks for the tip.

  • Waiting for them to show some of the good shows. Where the hell is Pete&Pete.

Also a tip for you put the name of your series last. It helps with views.
