I do leave open the possibility that your new health care identification CARD will probably have RFID technology, as do most modern credit cards and such. To say there is a NWO conspiracy going on here is simply adding words to the plan that simply do not exist. The implanted device section begins on page 1013 of the plan Under Sub section C. Look it up, its easy to find on a .gov website. Got any REAL evidence that proves this "requires" RFID implants?

it makes absolutely NO mention of being used in finances, or, "tracking" people. Most people do not realize the tremendous effort it would take to track the millions of people in this country, so to suggest that your every move would be watched is not logical, or cost effective. I, for one, am against forcing people to get a chip implanted into their body. However, the healthcare plan makes no direct mention of "forcing" or "requiring" people to do so in the first place. I have read the plan and it appears to be directed towards pacemakers, and other such devices and will be used in studying effectiveness, failure, and and lifespan of the devices, along with containing the medical history of the patient...continued-
