Seamus and his Prefold Diaper

This is a video of my son Seamus getting his diaper on. We use cloth diapers and love them! The point in the video where you see shuffling is when I was putting the camera under my chin to hold it in place. I put this diaper on him while trying to keep the camera under my chin... talk about multitasking!
The diaper is an unbleached indian prefold fastened with a snappi (much easier than pins!), and the cover is a Bummis Super Whisper Wrap.

@MsAnnieTyler Um, because it's a strong Irish name that we both loved. He's also named after my best friend who died in 2004.  There's nothing wrong with the name Seamus. It's miles better than the trendy crap we see today. What a ridiculous comment.

@NiamhWitch this is an adorable video, and adorable baby, and helpful information on how to cloth diaper. i don't know why so many people are being so rude to you. the diaper's not too tight and there's nothing wrong with your son's traditional irish name.

@tygersflowerz THANK YOU! I never used to get the "too tight" comments until recently (within the past year and a half). I don't know why people are suddenly saying it's too tight. :-/ Yes, I do fasten my prefolds a bit tighter than most other people (from videos I've seen), but that was so that there were no leaks. Certainly not TOO tight. It's always worked on BOTH of my children (Seamus is now almost 5 yrs old). And yeah, his name is AWESOME! :-D

i am really bothered by snappis. they seem too tight all the time. i use pins when i use prefolds. i was wondering, are snappis comfortable for the baby?

@Dgoss1980 They also sell some of this stuff at Walmart and Target in the baby section. Near where the white onesie packs are they usually have prefold packs too.
