@uncleDtotheutotheffy Frank Cullota. He's the guy that shoots Andy Stone(played by Alan King) first with a suppressed pistol in the parking lot scene. You can see him more clearly in the scene where they kill the guy that ran off to Costa Rica(Frank Cullotta shoots him in the top of the head with a revolver).
Still alive as far as I know.
