We all will miss that band.

@Fogerty69 i do not think that CCR will be forgotten , 3 years big hits and all their songs are classic , i grew up with their hits , this song is one of the best on cosmos factory

@mvs755 You're right. This is one of my favorite CCR tunes, and because of the length (along with "I Heard It Through the Grapevine"), radio stations wouldn't play it because it was too long. It's not even in their best hits CDs. That's a true shame, and because of that, I think I'll listen to "In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida" by Iron Butterfly, the long version of "Freebird" by Lynyrd Skynyrd, and then "Dark Side of the Moon" by Pink Floyd. Give me long slices of music...

@mws755 i agreed , this is and was the song most played by me
-
@delly60 in 70 they had hits like who ll stop the rain , travelin band and up around the bend , and they are my favroite band to and this song i could play everyday 10 times

Only thing that'd make this better would be listing the lyrics, but most of us know 'em anyway. ;) I bet there's alot of folks go'in down the road or thinking about it. Tough times for many. We didnt know how good we had it. (Those not of drafting age that is)

This song seems to have a small following on youtube. I think thats awesome because I think this is the greatest Rock N Roll song ever !!!!!!

Ill never forget, good vid
CCR is the best band of the68/69 years ! The true and only real rock and roll ! Sexy voice, sexy John Fogesty... better when young guy than now...from 2,14 it sounds like Led. Zep. No matter ! my favourite band for ever !

I love this song! It's so instrumental! And the instruments are played so perfectly!
