If i remember correctly they had a static display of the airplane in the streets of Lake Tahoe, I guess they decided to fly it out of there, there was no emergency landing or any other mishap.

watch the police patrol cars blocked the two ends of the street to guard the Cirrus to depart, and people watched from sidewalk. And the weather was snowy, that must happened something.

the cop was not chasing him . He probably had to do a emergency landing on a highway. And when he had the airplane back up and running,was given permission to depart. It happens from time to time
