The few mentions of homosexuality in the bible are mistranslated from words that we don't understand. It's interesting: if something doesn't seem to fit in with Jesus' personality, and I dig into it, I usually find a mistranslated word is to blame. That's the good thing about not worshiping words, but Jesus Himself. His name wasn't even Jesus it was something like Yeshua, but the thing is, the spirit knows that He isn't different just because He has a different name.

Christianity: to be a follower of Christ. Jesus' harshest words were towards inflexible fake followers of God. He warned us about wolves in sheep's clothing. He warned us not to pray on street corners like hypocrites. He told us to love our neighbors as we love ourselves. For people who didn't agree, He told his followers to shake the dirt from their feet and walk away. Not fall into the same bigoted thinking that had Him murdered for not acting like the religious leaders expected.

This is a ridiculous argument. If gay marriage becomes legal (and it should) Christians like this guy will still get to wake up every morning and continue being the bigots they've always been. Nothing is being taken away from them and it's amazing the amount of mental gymnastics they have to perform in order to make it look like they're the victims. They're just getting upset that more people are starting to speak out against their BS and they can't get away with it anymore. Poor little guy.
