@toothdocp90x I didn't state that anyone did, but I have seen it before. People who are not motivated will attack good (but not perfect) programs and quit everything until they find that perfect program that will never happen.
And that will be their excuse...

Anyone who would call P90x useless is the same person who will toss it aside and do nothing instead.
P90X is a great workout and diet program. If you do it (and are able to), you WILL get nice results.
Sure, it is not the best program and the man's information is not exactly to be taken verbatim, but if you have the will to actually get through the program, you will not be disappointed.
I am living proof of this.

@TheMetal199 Beachbody used to hold Tony Horton fitness camps. I went to 2 of them. They don't have them anymore.
