@abarran12 This may be just a guess but...

According to the Mother's story (3:29 - 3:49), Rizel stopped growing at age 12.

So with the realization that Iwaki saved Rizel when Iwaki was 6 and that now, Iwaki is 15,

Rizel is at least 21 yrs old...but she may be older since you have to consider the time between Rizel's growth freeze and the 6 yr old Iwaki saving Rizel. It's a good start at least.
