what a range!

I LOVE THIS WOMAN!! I watched her in the subways singing bringing joy to everyone for years!!!! And to find out that she is the mother of the the lead actress in Precious is just amazing!!!! A super talented family.

I was going through some old cassette tapes and found one from Alice years ago.

The graphics were pretty simple - Just typewritten and a black and white xerox photo.

I was wondering if she was still performing- and here she is, with her own MySpace page! I want to get that CD. I hope I come across her soon..

Alice is great, she needs an angel. She actually was in a movie cast as "Subway Singer". The movie was "Heights" with Glenn Close.

So...someone must have noticed her...Go Alice!

she needs to start putting out cd's....can anyone get this lady a freakin recording contract??

Alice is wonderful! One of the best singers I've ever heard. I saw her at Penn Station the other night and bought her CD, which I am enjoying immensely!
