Its already been made clear im a hated person for voicing a relatively INNOCENT opinion of 1 PICTURE so i feel no obligation to continue this any longer. Not that it's bad to say that, but I really don't see why you think they look like vocaloids? Is it the fact they're using instruments? Maybe you could explain, unless you're just saying it looks like Vocaloid cover art or something.

I think people are just getting angry because they think you're a weeaboo or something. The Homestuck fandom has a fair share of ex and not-so-ex weeaboos/"anime puberty victims", so we get a bit snippy/defensive. // slashes ////

@clueless1redwolf No, I understand that. I did, after all, tell the person who attacked you that they were rather out of line. I simply do not care for Hetalia myself. I prefer shows with more females in them, personally. Is it really that rare to like both? Interesting... :o

@VocalRaynbow lol well i must admit my intent was not to attack anyone or start conflict. it was strictly out of humor, nothing more. its just some people tend to take things 1 step too far and thats where fights break out. I am not a hetalia fan either. Too much has happened since the start of that series that have affected me in a very negative way, but that does not mean i HATE hetalia fans. >D i think they're funny. But yeah, liking both is a little unusual. almost unheard of lol

I've learned to accept this and work my way around it. You certainly can't please everyone you meet, but you can refrain from waving the figurative steak slab in the lion's face. I myself am not a Hetalia fan, but a certain friend of mine loves both Hetalia and Homestuck. Isn't the conflict strange and silly?
