Actually the obesity epidemic is in large the democrats' fault ironically. In the 1970's the vegan hippies promoted eating more carbs and eating less fat and got the government to officially promote this idea... backed with junk science. They demonized eggs, meat, and animal proteins (our natural diet!) in favor of starchy grains. Since then diabetes, obesity, and cancer have skyrocketed.

Has anyone else noticed how Michelle Obama tries to shove healthy food down other people's throats when she ate in ONE meal: a double cheeseburger with extra mayo, large fries, a coke, and a chocolate milkshake?
