  • We typically use it as a warm-up (at a "warm-up level" of intensity, but you could certainly use it at the end of a workout for additional stabilization work for certain clients. - Stephen

  • I like this exercise because you can put it into so many situations and levels of intensity. Great stuff!

  • Should I try this to warm up or at the end of the routine?? what would you suggest???
