Little baby Chiara just went thru her 4 weeks of ISR training which taught her crucial aquatic survival skills should she ever accidentally fall into water. We are so proud of her and what she can do. Its just amazing. This simulates a case scenario in which she fell into the water with winter clothes which are so heavy.! She still manages to keep her calm and her great floating posture. I highly recommend this to any parent because you just never can be sure and accidents do happen even when you are around...

  • This is scary to watch, but I think its a wonderful thing to do!Keeping your baby safe is the #1 priority ! Cudo's to you for going the extra mile to keep your baby safe!I think all moms should be doing this including me!!!

  • @caffeinequeen1 and @nani0320 ---Thank you!! after I get so much hate email its refreshing to see other moms just like me who care about their children and understand how important this is. Ladies, I know you will definitely not regret doing this for your baby's sake and you are sure going to be so proud of them too!

  • i really dont care if this helps her. turning a baby over in water and forcing her to struggle for air is ridiculous. I couldnt even finish the video.

  • @BriannaDent FYI she is not struggling for air, this is after several weeks of gradual training and careful supervision and by this time babies are taught to hold their breath for short periods of time before turning over to reach the surface. Trust me even at the beginning stages no instructor would allow more than 7 seconds of struggling and that is completely safe.

  • My 23 month old just completed this course. This is the best thing I have done for my daughter yet. The day I registered her through ISR a 16 month old drowned in a pond in a nearby community. If that poor baby had known how to do this, through training, she might be alive today. Most people do not even know about this which is a shame. Its been around since 1966 and I heard about it two months ago. This will give her those precious mins. needed for MOM/DAD to get her. U did good!

  • @proud2baspano I am so glad to hear that. Another baby who is now safer :) CONGRATULATIONS and I commend you for spending the time to take your daughter to ISR lessons. I know as a mother it is not easy to watch at the beginning but boy it sure does make us proud to see their amazing capacity to defend themselves in the end doesn't it? Just wait until you see her jumping all over the swimming pool having confidence and a blast during swim season :) when all other kids are wearing their floaties

  • this is sick poor baby!

  • that look scary! but this training does save lives babies in particular..

  • I just learned about this and want to take my 9 month old now! This is extraordinary! Reading these negative comments are far more annoying then watching her fuss about being in the water. I would rather see her fuss a little then God forbid drown because she never learned these amazing survival skills. SaludosdeChiara thank you for posting this video and spreading the word about these classes!!

  • NERVE WRECKING!!!!!! I DONT KNOW EVEN I COULD SEE MY CHILD DO THAT

  • @nmat85 I feel sorry for you, honestly do... for how ignorant you are. You did not even take the time to read the SPELLED OUT Age and explanations but maybe you cant even read. My daughter was not 4 wks old she was 8 months and capable of getting herself in and OUT of trouble (as this video showcases)

If spending 10 mins a day for 3 to 4 wks to get her the training that could save her life makes me a disgusting mother so be it. I'd rather be called that than find her floating dead

  • @ShaddapPlease how? :) (honest question, I have nothing against this)
