The E.T. Revolution

The tea smuggler John Hancock, his well-to-do (or ne'er do well, depending on the who's telling the story) smuggling cohort and moonshiner, Sam Adams and their lawyer John Adams, nicely sanitized founding fathers all, hatched the Boston Tea Party to protest taxation without representation. Said tea party is widely recognized as a catalyst for the succeeding American Revolution against the exploitative and unrepresentative governance of George the third.
We join in spirit with our founding fathers to call for a second American Revolution - the E.T. Revolution. The only way we can work ourselves out of the unrepresentative mess that our George the second and his governmental minions have imposed on us is by a wholesale transformation in the way we do things, namely the Energy and Technology Revolution.
Gone is fossil fuel pollution and profligacy. Gone is mindless material consumption. Gone is the enslavement of debt. Gone is fear as a mechanism for maintaining social control
Advance, my fellow citizens, with strong hands and iron wills. Right is ours. The gratitude of future generations beckons. An ideal future for all awaits. The E.T. Revolution is upon us.
