Activate ANY iPhone Officially Without AT&T SIM or Hacktivation - Redsn0w 0.9.6b6 + S.A.M.

This will allow you to OFFICIALLY activate your iPhone 3G(S) and iPhone 4 (only for firmware 4.0 - 4.0.2 due to the baseband not being able to be unlocked on anything higher)

Steps:

1. Open Redsn0w 0.9.6b6 (can be downloaded from the link below)

2. Select your proper firmware and check install Cydia + Deactivate (and any other settings that may apply)

3. Once its finished then connect to a Wi-Fi network and open Cydia

4. Go to sources and add the following source: http://repo.bingner.com/

5. Go into the binger source and install both SAM and SAMPrefs

6. Go into the Settings.app and go to SAM

7. Touch "De-Activate"

8. Activate via iTunes (Juts plug it in with iTunes open)

I don't know what's wrong, I've got Cydia installed and the SAM app installed as well, my firmware is 5.0.1 and my baseband is 6.15.0, Ultrasn0w is downloaded, but SAM sill won't find my Vodafone Spain SIM. Help?

@DimBLAT because you didnt use red snow for 4.2.1 im willing to bet you used the 0.9.1 there are different ones for different iphones
