Looks like the "harvest" site, where the surgeon takes skin from to patch over some wound elsewhere on the body. Common is trama and 3rd degree burns. Following vid show procedure, but it is extremely bloody and not for the faint of heart since it shows the little machine used to strip away the skin (full depth) and some wound sites.
