You can tell he freestlyed that whole promo. My guess is it was completely unscripted. If so, kudos to One Man Kru.

One Man Kru is going to kill Tom Stedham. You can tell just by looking at the size difference between the two. Not a whole lot of people know this, but Kru has some MMA training under his belt.
