Graphical error in Cabal Online

I reinstalled Windows on my computer, and that seemed to make the error go away. Feel free to post other solutions as they might be of help to others with the same or similar problems!

As you can see in this video I'm experiencing quite annoying graphical errors when playing Cabal Online. These errors DO NOT appear every time, but most of the time they do. Now it seems they appear every time I try to play the game. I have a 6800gt (AGP), and I've tried updating to the latest drivers (169.21_forceware_winxp_32bit_english_whql).

1. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

2. What could be the cause?

3. Any ideas how I might fix it?

Sorry for the insanely bad quality, hopefully you can see the larger, more noticeable errors, like the big shapes in the air, and the square and triangular shaped patterns on the ground etc.
