Reminds me of some mid to late 90's berlin mininal dub techno, the way it was compressed. Perhaps a mille plateuux clicks + cuts sound some artists had on that label or ~scape records, I am refering only to a smalll portion of the intrumentation on this, that distinctive compressed poping sound.
