Remember Dr King's famous words, "Violence is like a descending spiral". If the queer community is actually genuine about achieving that unity, this persistent hatred will only bring more violence.
If this is how it is to be, remember this .. God always wins. He is the light and the giver of all things. Christ is the only redeemer and the Prince of Peace.
I will pray for those who are without faith and pray for their sins to be absolved, as I will mine. God bless and Viva Il Papa!

It's so sad that those in the queer community are hateful of our love for the Saviour and are so in need for that love.

Actually, the set age is 16, but everyone regardless of age is welcome. There's still so much stuff those not in the age group can participate in....Stations of the Cross, Final Mass with the Pope etc.....Oh and btw the Pope doesn't fall in the age bracket either!

when I first attended to WYD I was 18 yrs old. It was on Palm Sunday 1985. Then I have been in Santiago do Compostela (Spain) 1989 and in Czestochowa (Poland) 1991. The Church is always young, she is beautiful, she is one in her diversity. It is worth while being a living stone within her! Ciao.
